Warranty
Our warranty for any manufacturing defects is valid for 24 months after a product has been delivered.  For any claims, concerns or queries, please contact concierge@northofgrey.com.

Returns/Refund Policy

  • Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment.
  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and be accompanied by the Invoice and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.    We regret that returns cannot be accepted without a prior RMA number.  
  • North of Grey only will accept returned merchandise in unused condition.  Please place your North of Grey product in the original shipping box with protective packaging and affix our printable pre-paid return label which will accompany your RMA number.
  • A $20 return charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the pre-paid shipping label. 
  • We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on your exchanged item(s).  
  • Please note final sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • For security, only drop off your package at a staffed UPS store.  Do not use a drop box location. We cannot be responsible if a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.  Please keep the receipt and tracking number for your records. 
  • Once your package reaches the warehouse, we will promptly provide your refund or exchange.  The merchandise will be inspected and, if acceptable, your refund will be issued to the form of payment used within 7-10 business days.    
  • North of Grey reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
